Dr. Andreas Thürauf has a distinguished background as an attorney specializing in business and IT law. He has extensive experience drafting national and international contracts, providing legal support to foreign companies entering the European market, and handling data protection issues.
Dr. Andres J. Ruiz Vargas

Dr. Andres Ruiz Vargas supervises research projects within the organization, focusing on discrete choice models and gamification techniques. He holds a Ph.D. in Math from EPFL, with a proven research track and industrial experience in financial applications.
Alessia Passoni
Art Manager
Alessia Passoni is a multimedia designer establishing the visual identity of Codos and creating content that educates, informs, and entertains the community. With a Bachelor's in Visual Communication, she has a long and proven experience in publishing, advertising, and the film industry. Alessia is the co-founder and vice president of GSIFA, an association for Ticino-based animators. She is also a playwright and a review writer for film magazines.

As the Head of Partnerships & Education, Marina Miletić develops partnerships, analyses CO₂ emissions from global commuting patterns, and how that affects target audiences. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology specializing in Management and Public Policies, a Teaching Credential for Social Sciences, and an EU Project Management Certificate

Project Manager
Luka Dopa has a prowess for navigating complex projects and fostering strong relationships using his hands-on experience in HR and project management skills. Luka is also currently pursuing a Master's degree in People Management and Organization at HSLU.
